Express Delivery:
Express delivery options such as Grab Express and Lalamove can be booked by request, depending on the convenience of our load and staff. We require at least 1-2 working days' notice to arrange express delivery. For express delivery booking, please DM us on Instagram @ohdayang.
Combining Orders:
If you would like to add another purchase to your existing order with the same shipping address, you can combine them into one order by using the code: “COMBINE” during check-out. This will waive your additional shipping fees.
Only orders that have used “COMBINE” code in checkout will have their additional shipping fees waived and orders combined. We will not issue any refund for any orders placed separately to the same shipping address that have not applied the code.
Self-Pickup:
We do not accept self-pickup at the moment. However, we are happy to arrange express delivery if circumstances allow.
