Each piece is thoughtfully handmade to order,  please allow up to 14 - 21 working days from the date of purchase for us to complete and ship your item. For urgent orders, please drop us an email/ chat to check on availability.

Charm

Each charm is unique in weight and size, so spacing on the chain may vary. For balance, we recommend placing larger charms at the center — though some charms will be removable (mainly our batik flower charms will be attached with additional lobster clasp), while others may be attached directly. For quality reasons, charm placement is at our discretion unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Chain

Chain lengths are measured including the clasp. Every order of the longer chain (30 cm) also comes with an extra round clasp — simply hook it through any link in the chain and attach it to your bag to adjust the length. This not only gives you versatility but also leaves a chic little dangle for added character 💌
