- Handmade accessories purchased directly from Oh Dayang are eligible for return only if they arrive with damages that affect the usability of the product.
- Returns for reasons other than damages affecting usability, such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with color, design, or style, are not accepted due to the unique nature of handmade products.

Initiating a Return:
- If your handmade accessories purchased directly from Oh Dayang arrive with damages affecting their usability, please contact our customer service team at hello@ohdayang.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showcasing the damages. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the return process if applicable.

Return Shipping:
- If the return is approved due to damages affecting usability, customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost for the return.
- Upon receiving the damaged earrings and verifying the usability-impairing damages, we will reimburse the shipping cost incurred for the return along with the refund for the product/ or exchange (if eligible).
- Please retain a copy of the shipping receipt for reimbursement purposes.

- Earrings purchased at pop-up stores or through stockists are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the return policy of the respective pop-up store or stockist for any inquiries regarding purchases made through them.
